I have heard such great things about the V & A Market on the Wharf so when we decided to head on down to the Waterfront yesterday afternoon, I insisted on a little visit to the Market and it was lovely 🙂
We got there quite late in the afternoon so it wasn’t heaving busy. The sun was shining and the tables outside were all taken but the inside area was perfect. Not too packed and not too quiet either. We walked around for a while until we decided it was time for a little treat 🙂
And the treat was a real treat 🙂 A beer for Lop, a Kopparberg Cider for me andddddd some yummy Gourmet Samosas for us to snack on….
I ordered 5 Gourmet Samosas for R45 and they came served in a cute little box, ready for us to munch them up.
They have loads of options but we ordered the following:
Slowed cooked Lamb
Spinach & Ricotta
Sweet Potato & Butternut with cinnamon
Beef with caramelized onions
Yummy, very yummy indeed!
I look forward to visiting again… I saw something about a monthly supper club & college of beer which I am keen to learn more about… so we will see you again soon Market on the Wharf 🙂
