- 180 ml tequila
- 120 ml Blue Curacao
- 180 ml lime syrup
- 80 ml water
- 2 sachets gelatine
- 1-2 tbsp sugar (if desired)
Pour lime syrup, sweetener and water in a saucepan, sprinkle with gelatine. Allow gelatine to soak for a few minutes.
Heat over very low heat until gelatin is dissolved, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in tequila and Blue Curacao.
Pour into pan (8″ x 4″) and refrigerate until fully set . To serve, cut into desired shapes.
