The team at Durbanville Hills get a big fat thumbs up from us.
We are big into our wines – and as I am sure you have noticed…even bigger into our wine days out 🙂
There really is something special about living in a city that is surrounded by hundreds of beautiful wine farms.
Today I would like to talk rave about one of my firm favourites…. Durbanville Hills. We were lucky enough to be invited to pop into Durbanville Hills Winery as part of the Season of Sauvignon day out. I already knew that we were going to enjoy myself because their Sauvignon Blanc is probably the yummiest one around and their farm is really, very pretty. With their warm and spacious wine tastings area & restaurant inside to the gorgeous picnic/chilling area with breath-taking views outside. They have a little bit of joy on offer for any visitor 🙂
We spent a good few hours being spoilt with live music, wine & a super delicious charcuterie platter. Remember when I did that post on Cheeseboard lovin’? (read about it here) – WELL tick, tick, tick DH… You gave us variety, different flavours, favourite flavours and value for money 🙂
