Jello Shots #7

Valentines Day Jello Shots


  • 1 cup cherry vodka
  • 1 box cherry jelly
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 cherry’s with stems
  • 1 heart shape cookie cutter
  • 1 packet of gelatin



  • Pour ½ cup of water and ½ cup of coconut milk into a sauce pan
  • Sprinkle 1 packet of gelatin on top
  • Let it sit for 1 minutes then turn on medium heat and stir until dissolved
  • Add ¼ cup of sugar and heat until dissolved
  • Turn off the heat and wait until mixture is just warm and add ½ cup of vodka
  • Lightly grease the cupcake pan with baking spray
  • Fill tins halfway with coconut  mixture
  • Put into the fridge for 1 hour to firm up


  • Slice off bottom of cherry so that they sit flat on the coconut mixture.
  • Place one cherry in the middle of each mixture


  • Add cherry jelly to 1 cup of boiling water and stir well
  • Add ½ cup of vodka and mix until dissolved
  • Carefully pour the red mixture into the cupcake pan on top of the coconut mixture just so that the top of the cherry is visable.
  • Refrigerate overnight


  • Loosen the jelly with a knife and carefully lift out from the bottom of the cupcake pan and onto a flat surface
  • Use the heart shaped cutter to cut out your shape
